Litho (press)
Cost effective for 500 - 10,000,000 pieces
Finer lens patterns offer smoother images
New large sheet sizes saves you 90% on large format lenticular

Big3D.com, in conjunction with Kent H. Landsberg, unveiled the world's largest litho lenticular display to promote the highly
anticipated launch of Adidas' T-mac '04 shoe. Measuring an unprecedented 44" wide by 63" high, the 3D signs depict a soaring
Tracy McGrady in the background behind a profile of the latest innovation in hoops shoes. The five-flip animation shows off
the technology of the shoe, which replaces the traditional laces with a binding at the heel. 1200 of the displays were
printed in 4 color process using Big3D.com's exclusive VLF lens pattern and shipped to Foot Locker stores across the country
where they were put up as window banners. Another first that was achieved on this project was the lamination of a
non-lenticular sign to the back of each 3D+animation display making it an effective two sided promotional piece whether the
customer is coming or going. And, while this marks the largest commercial lenticular litho print ever created, sample runs by
Big3D.com have produced a lenticular sheet of 47.25" wide by 63.5" high. (Standard litho lens patterns are limited to 40"
widths.)

This movie poster for Spy Kids 3D is being acclaimed as probably the best lenticular poster ever printed.
(see award) Because the movie is in 3D, a 3D poster was a natural. This was printed as three versions: a reflective litho poster; a special backlit litho poster; and also printed photographically (with Duratrans and our Super3D thick lens) for breathtaking depth effects. Retail store signage is a great application for litho lenticular. This display combined 3D and animation, adding visual excitement to a high profile campaign. This 36x48 inch end cap display was printed by Big3D on two normal 28x40 litho sheets, then mounted to corrugated by The Display Connection. (Big3D's new 64 inch press can now print these on a single lenticular sheet, saving time and money.)

Lenticular posters printed by Big3D can be applied onto larger displays, adding 3D and animation effects. This 16x26 lenticular was applied to 20,000 award winning Kraft Foods Back to School Bus store displays. The display won Smurfit-Stone a Gold POPAI OMA Award in 2003.

Litho printing lenticular posters can be cost effective with as few as 500 pieces. The finer litho lens pattern makes type much easier to read, as required for the Japanese version of The Hulk movie poster.

A key benefit to lenticular displays is the ability to demonstrate product.
Several versions of this Vise-Grip display were installed in Home Depot stores across the country.
"We selected Big3D's lenticular signage because of its unique ability to add motion to our product." Jeff Spanski VP of Merchandising and Advertising in North America. American Tool Companies, Inc.

A wide variety of items can be printed for a marketing campaign. For instance, Hanes' Body Beautiful campaign effectively combined posters, hang tags, and buttons for POP advertising.

Lenticular images may be tipped on to book covers, yearbooks, brochures, etc. for many different effects.

Postcards can be an effective use of lenticular effects. Affordable for 1,000 or 1,000,000 pieces. Attract more attention, or demonstrate your product effectively. Some customers hang on to these postcards for years! Now that's effective.
